Time off is hard to come by. Mental health is just as important as physical health and everyone likes vacations. This is why we make sure our staff does not burn out! After a 90 day probationary period our staff earns two weeks PTO. For every year that they stay with us they get another week up to 5 weeks a year. That is more vacation than most companies offer to employees with 20+ years of loyalty! Employee turn over in Early Childcare Education is one of the highest of any field in the country and we want to keep our teachers.
