To ensure your child gets the most out of their experience at The Meadows Early Learning Center, we ask that all children arrive by 9:00 a.m. each day. This consistency supports both your child’s routine and the flow of the classroom. We understand that late arrivals may occasionally be necessary, and we ask that you notify us as soon as possible so we can inform teachers and adjust plans accordingly.

Timely arrival is also essential for planning meals and staffing. Tuition is due in full based on your child’s set schedule, and schedule changes must be approved at least two weeks in advance by management. Approval will only be granted if there is space available in the classroom and adequate staffing. Please note that we do not offer make-up days for missed attendance.

Drop-off after 9:00 a.m. will not be permitted unless prior arrangements have been made with a member of the management team.
