In order for your child to get the most out of the experience and education that The Meadows offers, we ask that all children are dropped off by 9am daily. This ensures consistency for your child and the classroom as a whole. We do understand that sometimes there will be a need for you to drop your child off at a later time. We ask that you let us know as soon as possible so that we can let the teachers know.

This is very important so that we can plan for meals and staffing. Tuition will be due in full based on your child’s schedule. Schedules changes must be approved at least two weeks in advance by management and will only be approved if there is space available in the class and available staff. 


Drop off will not be allowed after 9am unless prior arrangements have been made with a member of the management team.
